About this document

These are suggestions only, not proposals. No pricing, no pitch, no obligation.

This is just the ideas we touched on during our call, written down so they're easy to think about and easy to share with Fraser or anyone else. If any of them spark interest, we can shape it together. If none do, no worries at all. The door stays open for referrals either way.

Build partner for your AI advisory clients

The gap we see

You mentioned you have at least three clients in Melbourne and Sydney offering AI transformation advisory. They guide the strategy but, as far as you know, none of them build. Their clients still need someone to actually deliver the solution once the advice lands.

How it could work

  • The advisory firm (or 1000Steps) identifies a client who needs a solution built, for example an AI voice agent, a workflow automation, a custom integration or an internal tool
  • Logic8 scopes and builds it, either under our name or white label under theirs
  • You or the advisory firm stay the trusted relationship owner, we stay the technical delivery layer

Commercials could be whatever fits the situation:

Why it works

Nobody competes with anybody. The advisory firms keep their lane, you strengthen your value to them by solving their delivery problem, and their clients get outcomes instead of just recommendations.

The lead generation admin you mentioned

You said your lead generation business creates a tremendous amount of administration and there may be ways to enhance it.

Our suggestion: let us have a look, no charge and no strings. A short walkthrough of how that admin currently flows, and we'll tell you honestly whether automation would genuinely help or whether it's not worth touching. If there's a quick win, we'd rather show you than describe it. If there isn't, you've lost 30 minutes and gained a straight answer.

We're conscious this sits with your team rather than you personally, so happy to talk to whoever runs it.

Singapore entity efficiency

You mentioned you'd raise the efficiency question with Fraser. If anything comes of that conversation, we're happy to jump on a call with him directly, whether that's process automation, systems integration or just a second opinion on what's worth automating and what isn't.

Same spirit as the lead generation idea: an honest look first, commercials only if there's something real.

Mutual referrals

The simplest one, and probably where this starts regardless.

You meet businesses every day, and some of them will have technical or automation needs that aren't your lane. We're in front of SMB owners regularly, and sales strategy, process and performance are exactly the gaps we can't fill and you can.

A loose two-way referral understanding costs nothing and needs no paperwork. If volume ever justifies formalising it, we can talk then.

No pressure

We mean that.

We're looking forward to Tuesday's discovery session and we're going into it as ourselves: a young business that knows sales strategy isn't our strong suit. These ideas sit alongside that, not instead of it.

Whichever of these lands, or none, it was genuinely good to meet you and we suspect there'll be value in staying connected either way.
