Who owns what you build?
You do. It lives in your own accounts, the licences are in your name, and the instructions for running it come with it, whether you keep working with us or not. We never build anything that only we can run.
What will it run on, and what will it cost each month?
Wherever we can, it runs in your own online accounts, built with well-known tools (n8n, Node and Postgres, for the technically minded) and AI from OpenAI, Anthropic’s Claude or Google’s Gemini where it’s needed. We tell you the monthly running cost before we build, because an AI request costing 2 cents adds up quickly at 1,000 a day.
Do you build websites too?
Yes, including the clever part, where a site can draft its own updates for someone to approve. This website is one of ours. If all you need is five pages and a contact form, tell us and we’ll point you to something cheaper.
What if the AI says something wrong to my customers?
We give it one narrow job, a fixed set of facts to work from, and a firm rule about when to hand over to a person. So it says “I’ll get someone to call you back” rather than guessing at a price. For the first month we read the real conversations with you, because that’s where any wrong answers show up.
What happens after it’s up and running?
Thirty days of fixes are part of the build, not an extra bill. After that, most clients choose a small monthly arrangement for updates and changes, and some take it on themselves. Both are fine, and we’ll tell you honestly which suits your team.
