Will it work with the programs we use?
Very likely. Most business software is built to share information with other programs, including Xero, MYOB, Microsoft 365, HubSpot, Pipedrive, Shopify, ServiceM8 and most job systems. Where a program can’t share, we can sometimes find a way round it, and sometimes we can’t. We tell you which it is before you pay us anything.
What if one of those programs changes and it stops working?
It can happen. Software companies change their products and we can’t stop them. What we can do is set up each connection so it tells a named person straight away when something goes wrong, and offer monthly support you can cancel, so fixing it is our job rather than a new quote.
Do we need to replace our customer system first?
Usually not, and we’d rather you didn’t. Replacing it is a six-month project that stops everything else, and most of the pain is in the gaps between your programs, not the programs themselves. If yours genuinely can’t do the job, we’ll say so, but we try connecting it first.
So where does the AI come in?
Often it doesn’t, and that’s fine. Most of this work is simple rules: match the customer, copy the details across, tell someone when something doesn’t fit. We add AI where a job needs reading and judgement, like turning a supplier’s PDF invoice into the right lines in Xero.
Can we see what it’s doing?
Yes. Every connection keeps a simple record of what it moved, when, and why, and your team can read it without calling us. When two programs disagree, the record shows which one changed first, before anyone starts arguing. We keep 90 days of records by default, and longer if you need them for an audit.
