You look after your business. We’ll keep up with the AI.

Running a business is already a full time job. Here is how we take the AI homework off your plate, starting with a chat about your business and not the tech.

The mark, at rest.

Running a business is already a full time job. Nobody should have to spend their evenings working out which AI model does what, or what it’s going to cost next month.

And there’s a lot to keep up with. Even the people building this stuff are asking for a breather. This month Dario Amodei, who runs Anthropic, published an essay asking the AI labs to slow down a bit. Elon Musk replied that Dario is right, and Sam Altman of OpenAI backed more oversight as well. If they’re finding the pace a lot, it’s completely fair that you are too.

The good news is that keeping up doesn’t have to be your job. It can be ours. This is how we like to help.

We start with a chat about your business

Not the tech. Your business.

Where your hours go. What’s wearing your team out. What’s already working well, because plenty usually is. And what you want to look after as you grow, like the care you take with customers and the know how of your experienced people.

None of that needs you to know what a language model is. It needs you to know your business, and you already know it better than anyone. We ask the questions, you tell us how the week really runs, and we write it down in plain words.

The four steps of a Logic8 job, in order: listen, assess, build and measure, with a note on step one that reads we always start with you.

Then we work out together what’s worth changing

Sometimes that’s AI. Sometimes it’s a simple automation. Sometimes it’s leaving things as they are, and we’ll happily tell you that.

A job that comes around fifty times a week and takes ten minutes each time is worth a look. A job that turns up twice a month probably isn’t, however clever the tool. We’d rather you spent nothing than paid for something you didn’t need.

We take care of the fiddly decisions

If we do build something, we take care of the fiddly decisions behind it.

A smaller model where it does the job well, a bigger one where it’s worth it. Sensible storage like R2 or S3 as your files grow. A light database when that’s all you need. And a clear picture of what it costs as you get busier, so there are no surprises on the bill.

You don’t need an opinion on any of that, in the same way you don’t need an opinion on the wiring behind the switchboard. You need the lights to come on and a bill that makes sense. If you’re curious, we’ll explain every choice in plain language. If you’re not, that’s fine too.

Those choices keep moving as well. New models arrive most months and prices shift with them. Staying across that is the part we take off your plate.

We count your team’s time too

If someone has to spend twenty minutes fixing an answer, it wasn’t saving anyone anything.

So when we try something out, we try it on real work from your business, and we time the whole job from start to finish, checking included. A tool only counts as a saving if the people using it would say so.

Then we check in and measure

A few weeks after something goes live, we come back and look at the numbers with you, so you can see the hours you’ve got back. Fewer errors. Less retyping. A monthly bill you can explain.

If something isn’t pulling its weight, we change it or switch it off.

That’s really it

You keep doing what you’re good at, and we’ll stay across the rest.

If there’s a job taking up too much of your week, tell us about it. Happy to have a look, no pressure.
